Phaedrus Estate Pinot Noir

$24Buy

Tasting Notes
The palate is rich and full-bodied with luscious fruit sweetness on the middle palate. The tannins are incredibly fine-grained and silky but with great length. The grapes for this wine are foot-crushed and fed by gravity straight into the press after about six days of fermentation on skins. This gentle treatment ensures the wine is not harsh or bitter.

One of the nicest Pinot's i've had in a while. Maybe the best on the peninsula for me! Very easy to drink and a perfect way to sip away a lazy weekend.....
