What's happening at Phaedrus Estate?
Waiting for Vintage 2026 to begin!
We plan to pick some Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit for our sparkling wine in the first week of March 2026. Vintage is about a fortnight later than average, due to cool and windy spring weather.
New release 2025 Shiraz now available, and our 2025 Pinot Noir will be released early March
For your diary: Mornington Peninsula Wine Piers and Pinots, Saturday 2nd May.

We look forward to seeing you at our cellar door. Please note we have a group limit of six adults.
We don't take bookings, but there's plenty of outdoor space. Dogs on leads welcome outside.
